Terms and conditions for training

These terms apply to the training courses, workshops and coaching sessions offered by New Tells Studio, in person or online.

Registration

Registration is confirmed in writing (by email) once we receive the form or your acceptance of the quote. Places may be limited: registrations are accepted in order of receipt.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swiss francs, [To be completed: excluding VAT / including VAT]. The invoice is payable [To be completed: before the course starts / within 30 days].

Cancellation by the participant

• Up to [To be completed: 30] days before the start: free of charge.
• Between [To be completed: 30 and 10] days: [To be completed: 50%] of the price is due.
• Less than [To be completed: 10] days or no-show: the full price is due.

A substitute may attend in place of the registered person at no extra cost, provided you let us know before the start.

Postponement or cancellation by the studio

If there are not enough participants or if we are prevented from holding it, we may postpone or cancel a course. Any amounts already paid are then refunded in full or carried over to a new date, at the participant's choice.

Course materials

The materials provided are intended for the personal use of participants and their company. Distributing or reselling them requires our written consent.

Liability

Participants remain responsible for how they apply the course content. The studio's liability is limited to the price of the course concerned.

Governing law and place of jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is [To be completed: Fribourg].
